Also, this sweet child definitely has a diagnosis of some sort, my guess is FAS or Shaken Baby Syndrome. Why are they so reluctant to mention this? And the dad being on parole for previous Child Cruelty charges is yet another huge bright RED flag.

I'm sorry to say but I fear baby Emmanuel is no longer with us...I will continue to pray for him until I hear otherwise.

If you go to the Riverside Superior Court website they charge for records by name but it's free if you know how to find a case number :-) Some county court websites are easier to navigate and find case numbers, date of births and full names in than others. A lot of California is almost impossible but Riverside, San Bernardino, Sacramento, Fresno, and Kern County (Bakersfield area) are slightly more user friendly just as an FYI for the future.

So with the case numbers, you can find the court records for free with the following instructions: (you will have to register to use the "dot gov" website with just your email name and a password you create, it's easy).

(1) Go To Superior Court of Riverside County https://www.riverside.courts.ca.gov/
(2) Click on "Search Court Records"
(3) click on large white box a little ways down the page that comes up that says "Search Civil, Criminal Family Law, Probate, and Traffic"
(4) Click on "Case Number Search" (in blue) - enter the case number and the name and number of the case will come up. Click on the case number in blue and the next page will have all the current case details.

Both parents were walking with a VERY CALM demeanor —no crying, no breakdown, no shouting at the police, no plea for help to let them go as they’re devastated their baby is still out there and they need to find him at all cost. When this story broke, I was nursing a black eye due to a well-placed head butt from my 1.5 year old. Mine was about 3 days old when this story came out, and was still puffy and hadn’t settled into a bruise at all. Hers was supposedly 24 hours old and it was already into the purple stage. That was enough to make me call bullshit. That poor baby.

This is wild, the mother said she was attacked from behind while changing the babies diapers outside a sporting goods store, she said she took the baby out of the car seat and placed it on a chair (?? What kind of chair is outside a car) and said the attacker hit her in the head and knocked her unconscious and when she woke up the baby was gone.

What a sad situation. I agree with everyone else’s anger on why the father didn’t get more jail time for abusing his poor daughter and why other children were allowed to be in the house with him.
